Once again! Hello fellow geeks! As one of our new articles this year, we will now begin reviewing some Android Applications and for our very first, let's start on reviewing the property finder mentioned in our previous post, Lamudi.
For introduction, Lamudi is a global property portal focusing exclusively on emerging markets. The fast-growing platform is currently available in 28 countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, with more than 750,000 real estate listings across its global network. The leading real estate marketplace offers sellers, buyers, landlords and renters a secure and easy to-use platform to find or list properties online.
Based on what was described above, we could all easily conclude that using the Lamudi App will benefit its users through property finding. Though it could provide hundreds if not thousands of results based on the user's specification, the downside of the app for us is its loading time. Basically, the results were given in an instant but the images that comes with it consumes the time. On our speedtest result during the time of testing, our current speed was 2.75 mbps which is somewhat average here in the Philippines.

Overall, it's a pretty neat application when it comes to property finding. Loading issues are very common and probably an issue on its server. Some cases also include loading issues from the users connection so it may or may not speed up. Design is very simple yet at some point useful when it comes to viewing of details.
