I see a Keystone Beer Commercial being born form this burglary

Hibbing police say a man who broke into a liquor store in the city early Wednesday bypassed more-expensive items and instead fled with three cases of Keystone beer.

Authorities on Thursday morning asked for the publics help in identifying the man who committed the burglary at Some Beach Liquor, 12034 U.S. Highway 169 on the south side of town. Hibbing police shared surveillance images of a man taking three cases of Keystone beer at 5:22 a.m. Wednesday, after hed smashed a back-door window to gain entry.

A spokesperson for the Hibbing Police Department said there was glass everywhere and that the suspect walked by more-expensive liquor to grab the budget beer.

Hibbing police reported on their Facebook page Thursday night that they had a suspect in custody. Further details were not immediately available.

A worker at the liquor store, who asked not to be identified, said the total price of the three 18-packs of 16-ounce cans was $44.99. He figured the cost to replace the door with tempered glass would be a couple thousand dollars.

Im calling him the Keystone bandit, the employee said. What a silly thing to do: steal a few cases of beer and risk going to jail.
